Biography

I am Bikash Kumar, and I am responsible for overseeing and facilitating eDiscovery delivery and operations in India. My constant endeavor is to ensure that our clients consistently receive high-quality work product along with a great experience in engaging with our teams at Morae. I enjoy interacting with our teams, conducting subject matter and project management trainings, and driving the great culture we have at Morae.

As a legal professional, I bring more than seventeen years of project and quality management experience working on all aspects of the litigation and investigation process. I am always keen at implementing AI/advanced technological solutions to drive efficiency and quality for our clients. I have diverse experience in managing delivery effectiveness, reporting obligations, compliances, and implementing training learning frameworks tailored to the requirements of our clients.

I help clients in managing their evolving e-discovery production obligations by continuously implementing technology-enabled and innovative solutions. Along side my team, I take pride in partnering with clients in achieving our shared purpose of accomplishing efficiencies and driving delivery effectiveness across several critical and time-sensitive complex e-discovery matters.
