As the Managing Director, EMEA,  I lead the company’s EMEA sales function to execute on our strategies for revenue growth and Customer Account Management.

I have worked in the legal industry for nearly two decades, including working in house within large law firms. I joined the Phoenix Business Solutions team in 2011, working in a variety of senior roles across Customer Success and Presales before joining the sales function five years ago.

I get to work with hundreds of interesting customers across diverse verticals, understand business pressures from both the client and provider perspective.  Being able to advise, propose and execute projects that help customers deliver on their digital strategy ensures  a diverse, fast moving workplace.

Since 2018, I have focused on helping corporate legal departments and law firms to achieve their digital transformation and evolvement goals – mainly through the migration of iManage Cloud solutions and the implementation of business integrated management platforms. Throughout my career, my approach has centred on the customer perspective, with my time working in house giving me a unique perspective on the challenges faced by both IT Teams and professionals.
