Biography

I am Jyothi Prasad. As a Senior Director in the firm’s Legal Managed Services group, I am responsible for overseeing delivery of contracts, compliance and intellectual property management projects executed out of our Morae India offices.

I have more than 13 years of experience assisting major global financial institutions, technology and education companies on numerous engagements related to commercial contract management, due-diligence, regulatory operations and compliance and IP portfolio management. By background, I am an attorney and a registered trademarks agent. I joined the company through the merger of Morae Legal and Clutch Group.
