I am a seasoned corporate/transactional attorney who has provided strategic legal advice and guidance to a broad range of clients. I formerly was a partner at the law firm of Phillips & Reiter, PLLC, a firm focused on providing outsourced general counsel services. Prior to that, I served as an Associate General Counsel at Hewlett-Packard, where I addressed a broad range of complex legal matters – in commercial and consumer industries – on a worldwide basis. Before HP, I was a partner in the corporate and securities section at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.
