I have significant experience in managing due diligence teams and large commercial real estate and e-discovery engagements. I follow a team-oriented and collaborative approach which aligns technology and legal goals to create scalable solutions that result in efficiencies and desired outcomes. I have also implemented change management processes to create standardized processes and enhance department productivity.
