The benefit of iManage can be extended by allowing users to reference a single document in multiple folders within multiple workspaces. The MultiLink tool from Morae provides this capability.
Selecting the document in FileSite or DeskSite, the user can then choose which other matter/ case workspaces they would like to have this document ‘linked’ to and proceed. Reference to the document from any matter or case workspace/folder is to the common or baseline document.
