Biography

I am Brian Flack. I am responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company’s global delivery function, as well as the development and implementation of our technology, managed review/discovery strategy and capability.

Prior to leading the global delivery function, I was the chief legal officer of Clutch Group, managing the company’s legal, risk, compliance, data privacy and governance functions. Before joining Clutch, I was the Senior Counsel and Global Practice Head of the Litigation & Investigations Practice at CPA Global and responsible for building and shaping that company’s managed review business. Prior to CPA Global, I was a partner at Venable LLP in Washington, D.C., where I worked extensively in all aspects of white-collar criminal defense and enforcement-related litigation, including representing corporations and individuals in grand jury investigations, managing parallel criminal and civil proceedings, going to trial and advising on voluntary disclosure and compliance issues.
