I am Charles Ochse and Head of U.K. Managed Services with responsibility for client delivery across our U.K. Discovery teams. I place a high personal focus on setting and meeting agreed upon customer service levels and in developing technology-driven eDiscovery solutions. As a member of the Morae DEI Council, I am also proud to help shape our culture, celebrate our differences and create a more inclusive workplace.
Before joining Morae, I worked as a commercial lawyer on complex, high profile litigation matters in financial services and regulatory (FCA & SFO) investigations. As a subject matter expert (SME), most of my focus was on large-scale internal investigations to help identify fraud, corruption, and bribery. During my decade of post-qualification experience, I provided guidance through all aspects of the EDRM model. My experience from private practice taught me how to use technologies in clever and imaginative ways to create efficiencies and cost-saving solutions.
